FAQ
Where do you provide photography services?
We provide photography services in all of the Shuswap including Salmon Arm, Tappen, Blind Bay, South Shuswap and surrounding area. We’re based in the North Shuswap. The Shuswap area are our local neighbourhoods and are free of travel charges. We will travel further however travel fees may apply.
How are the photos delivered?
The photos will be delivered to your email with a link to your online gallery. From there, you can download your photos with the provided PIN, share the link with friends/family, share to social media, and order prints.
How many photos will I get?
It depends on what type of booking. The larger the event and with a great number of hours booked the higher the quantity of photos. On average a 3 hour event will have approx 100 photos, again it varies a lot. We will discuss your amount needs/desires prior to booking your shoot.
Commercial or e-commerce photo sessions will be different as well, again based off the project and your needs. Headshots and portraits sessions typically have approximately 5-10 photos in a standard package.
Family and couples sessions receive approximately 25-35 images.
HOW LONG IS THE TURNAROUND TIME FOR OUR GALLERY?
Standard turnaround time for delivery of your photos is 7-10 days after the event date — however, depending on the time of year it may be sooner or shortly there after. Most of my packages include “sneak peeks” so you at least get a few to share with family and friends right away!
DO YOU PROVIDE THE ORIGINAL UNEDITED RAW IMAGE FILES?
The images in your gallery will be edited to improve lighting, contrast, sharpness, and color — all of which is a standard process for digital photographers. Therefore, I do not provide the unedited RAW images.
How do I book you?
Send me an email! Then we’ll set up a meet via in person, phone or virtually to go over details and get to know each other. Once we’ve decided on a collection and a date, I’ll send you an electronic contract to fill out and sign to reserve me. Then you just put down a deposit upfront and we’re all set! The rest of the payment is due on the day of shoot. I usually do 50% down and 50% due by the day of the session.
